These terms apply to everyone who uses TRDZNexus. By signing in, you agree to them.

The service

TRDZNexus provides online tools for managing schools, colleges and academies: students, attendance, examinations, fees, staff and related records. Features may be added or changed over time to improve the service.

Accounts

• Accounts are created by an institution or by the platform administrator. Keep your password or PIN private and don't share your account.
• Tell your principal or administrator straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• Accounts may be suspended if they are misused, or when an institution stops using the service.

Acceptable use

• Use TRDZNexus only for the work of your institution.
• Don't try to see records you haven't been given access to, or to disrupt the service.
• Enter information that is accurate and that you are allowed to record.

Institutions' responsibilities

Each institution is responsible for the records it keeps in TRDZNexus, for obtaining families' consent, and for who it gives access to. Fees for the service are agreed with each institution and invoiced through TRDZNexus.

Availability

We work to keep TRDZNexus available and backed up every day, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems outside our control. Institutions should keep printed copies of records they need urgently, such as result cards.

Liability

TRDZNexus is provided to help institutions run their work. We are not responsible for decisions an institution makes using the information in it, or for losses caused by misuse of an account.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Important changes will be announced to institutions before they take effect.
